Hours
- 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
Work Location
This position will be based at one of the following locations:
- 627 Wood St, Clarion, PA 16214
- 60 Industrial Park Rd, Clearfield, PA 16830
- 427 N St Marys Rd, St Marys, PA 15857
Compensation
$16.05 per hour
Responsibilities
- Maintain all access points for individuals accessing treatment (intake line, voicemail, fax, US Mail etc),
- Provide customer service to any outside entity, individual accessing treatment and/or families involved in the referral process,
- Complete screening tools in accordance with program requirements,
- Ensure verification of insurance or alternate funding source; either through EVS verification online or through Insurance Specialist,
- Schedule intakes in accordance with program timeframes and with appropriate staff member(s),
- Coordinate dates/times with appropriate staff member(s) as needed in order to maintain scheduling of intakes,
- Providing intake reminder calls,
- Tracking missed intake appointments and following up accordingly to program policy, Retrieve, assemble, and make available for staff member(s) all intake information,
- Manage volume of work based on established schedule or according to flow of documentation,
- Coordinate appropriate information to other staff in an efficient and effective manner,
- Maintain order and accessibility of information,
- Cooperates with administrative/office staff and agencies.
Qualifications
- Business or associate degree or 3 to 5 years of related job experience
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Prior knowledge of computer software, office equipment, and Microsoft Office programs preferred
- Access to reliable transportation
- Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
