Marketing Internship

Are you creative, hardworking, and looking to gain hands-on experience working on a variety of projects? We appreciate these qualities at CenClear and seek a marketing intern who can contribute fresh ideas, create content, and research industry trends. Interns work collaboratively on teams to conduct research that improves our brand, communications, and strategy. Reporting directly to the Branding and Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate has a strong understanding of brand marketing, social media, and digital marketing strategies, as well as an interest in working on high-impact projects for Mental health, Substance Use, and Early Childhood services.

Marketing Intern Responsibilities:

• Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Play a role throughout the marketing cycle in positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
• Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns that further the company’s strategic goals.
• Monitor consumer trends, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
• Apply marketing concepts to solve organizational challenges. 
• Provide support for virtual and in-person events.
• Contribute fresh ideas that can enhance the brand’s standing.

CenClear’s administration office is in Bigler PA, and this is where the internship will be housed. CenClear also has several other office locations that intern may be required to accompany Branding and Marketing Manager to depending on task need/requirement. Hours of operation are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. There is the opportunity for a four-day work week or one day of telework per week. CenClear will work with candidate to assure all required internship hours are completed.

Marketing Intern Qualifications / Skills:

• Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of SEO techniques and best practices
• Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills 

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Successful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent.
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience with the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social) a plus.
